Dumpster Rental Agreement

This Dumpster Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on the purchase date between Ontario 2277342 Ltd O/a AJunkBin.com, located at 583 Hayes Line, Omemee (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"), and the customer, (hereinafter referred to as the "Renter").

1. Dumpster Description:

The Owner agrees to rent out a dumpster described as follows:

Size: Size selected by the customer.

Location for Placement: Location entered by address, unless otherwise specified.

2. Rental Term:

The rental term shall begin on the date delivered and shall terminate fourteen days later, unless specified otherwise in writing.

3. Rental Fee:

a. Rental fee of $300.00+HST (Fee includes Delivery, and fourteen (14) day rental period.

b. The weight inside the bin is charged as a disposal fee at: $200.00* per metric tonne. (One Tonne= 2200lbs)

c. Delivery 

*Minimum charge of One Metric Tonne ($200.00+HST)

*Additional Charges which maybe incurred:

- Additional days are charged at $20.00/day.

- Items containing freon are charged at $50.00/item.

- Box springs and mattresses are charged at $25.00/item.

*AJunkbin.com will provided a scale ticket at the Renter's request.

c. Delivery

4. Deposit:

The Renter shall provide a deposit of $500.00+ HST to the Owner. The renter shall be invoiced upon the return of the dumpster for any additional costs as outlined in this agreement. 

5. Use of Dumpster:

The Renter agrees to use the dumpster solely for the purpose of disposing of waste materials generated from construction, renovation, or household waste. The Renter shall not dispose of any hazardous materials or prohibited items as determined by local regulations.

Prohibited Items:

- Leftover paint & solvents, paint cans, paint thinner, stains, and varnish- Household cleaning products such as bleach, metal cleaners, rust remover, toilet bowl cleaner, upholstery & rug cleaner- Batteries- Fluorescent light bulbs- Automotive products, tires, motor oil, gasoline, and antifreeze- Aerosol cans, styrofoam containers- Pesticides and fertilizer containers- Pharmaceuticals and biomedical waste- Propane tanks, gas tanks/cans, helium Tanks, kerosene tanks

6. Maintenance and Care:

The Renter shall maintain the dumpster in a clean and sanitary condition throughout the rental term. Any damages to the dumpster beyond normal wear and tear shall be the responsibility of the Renter and shall be repaired at the Renter's expense.

7. Liability:

The Owner shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of the dumpster by the Renter or any third parties.

8. Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party in the event of a breach of any terms or conditions specified herein.

9. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario.

10. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

11. Agreement:

Both parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and by providing deposit agree to be bound by them.
